This morning I caught up with the ever impressive Renee Gardiner from Growing Change to get an update on the Fremantle Social Farm.
The Impact100 Fremantle 2015 winners have had a huge 12 months transforming a bowling green into a thriving urban micro-farm. The result is something we can all be proud of.
The Fremantle Social Farm now supplies local restuarants and shops with locally grown greens. And today the farm welcomes it's very first horticultural therapy program for people vulnerable to social isolation in the Fremantle community.
