With 20+ years in corporate environments, Paul brings a refreshing perspective to creating growth. His ability to have others think outside the square means he adds value to the organisations he works with.
Possessing skills and experience in business, leadership, strategic planning, mentoring and facilitation, he works with organisations to identify options and potential opportunities to create value. He has an ability to link quality decision making to business growth and articulating the value to be gained across various scenarios.
Paul’s career has taken him from Australia to the UK and back, gaining exposure to different cultures and work practices. He has successfully managed to combine senior leadership and strategic roles for companies like Shell, Petro Canada, Suncor, Talisman Energy and Repsol, with a semi-professional rugby playing and coaching career.
2015 saw Paul establish The Mentoris Group, where he now helps businesses and leaders get clarity on their direction and how to achieve their desired outcomes. Paul is a registered CPA, Associate Member of the International Coach Guild, Member of the Coaching Institute, and a qualified Level 2 rugby coach.
He also has a nature that lends itself to Philanthropic activities, having helped raise funds for Hear & Say Foundation (Help hearing impaired children hear again) and building the profile of Get Real Conscious Impact (Exercise programs to overcome Mental Health challenges). A quest for growth and seeing even more people benefit from the MFP activities drives Paul’s desire to be part of the Board.
